Today, I'll share essential tips to help you make the most of your getting ready time. Whether you're preparing for a picturesque vineyard wedding in Napa Valley, a breathtaking ceremony in the heart of San Francisco, or a destination celebration worldwide, these tips are designed to ensure every detail is perfect. Let's ensure every detail is perfect so you can focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love and beginning your new chapter together.

Let's dive in!

The dress

Choose a getting-ready location that is light-filled and something that reflects your style.  If you can, try to keep everything organized and the clutter to a minimum.

Bride Reflection in the mirror - Getting Ready

Mirror

Check to see if your room has a full-length mirror for the bride. It will help while getting ready and will make for amazing photos!

Hanger

A custom hanger, one with your name on it or a fun custom design, is a lovely keepsake and assists with detailed gown photos.

Shoes

Consider getting a back up pair of shoes after the ceremony, maybe leaving a pair at reception for dancing comfortable.

Heel saver - if you have heels, please check them out. They increase the surfaces or the heels.

Details

Gather your belongings you would like to have detailed photos. such as jewelries, hearings, shoe, veil, perfume...

Robes

Match robes are a great way to get everyone in the mood.

Remind everyone to plan extra time for a candid & fun group shot!

Music

Plan a great music playlist so you and your friends can sing, dance, and have fun! The more you enjoy getting ready, the more your joy will shine through in photographs.

Time

Set a time to get into your gown!
We suggest anyone in the getting-ready location be dressed and ready when it's time for you to put on your bridal gown. Of course, we will capture candid and directed shots depending on the situation and your preferences.

Your idea

Please share examples of photos you would like to recreate or that show any particular style, lighting, etc.
One great way to do this is by a Pinterest board email or text.
