Christophe Genty is a photographer specializing in weddings in the Napa Valley, The San Francisco Bay Area, and beyond. He recently received the prestigious “Best of the Knot 2015” once again by the well-known print and online magazine, The Knot.com.

Early this year, Steve called the studio wanting to surprise his wife with beautiful photos of the two of them in honor of their 10 year anniversary. I loved this idea and we immediately jumped into planning. We discussed where they were staying, what his vision for the photos looked like, and many different locations in the valley, eventually landing on one of my favorite places – a private winery north of Napa. After going over location details and providing Steve with tips for the session, the day of the shoot arrived.

As Steve guided his bride of 10 years through the vines, I snapped away, capturing beautiful and intimate moments between the two of them. Shortly after, Steve made my presence known and we continued on with some beautiful candid and posed images.

I’m so thrilled that I was able to capture the love between this beautiful couple through photography and I wish them so many more beautiful anniversaries in the future. Congratulations on 10 years, Steve and Nina!
